As We Go
Apr 22 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

As we Go is a new band out of the heart of Minnesota, Ian, Koby, John, and hopefully more jam out! One of our goals is to communicate what we, as individuals, have experienced, and/or what we’re struggling with through music. And to provide fun music that could inspire others to write their own.

Wilkinson James
Apr 22 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

WILKINSON JAMES have been performing their distinctive blend of blues, folk, and honky-tonk in and around the Twin Cities area since singer-songwriters Liz Wilkinson and AJ Scheiber first met up in 2008. A fan once described their original songs as “the bastard offspring of Townes Van Zandt and June Carter Cash.” Over time the simple folk duo evolved into a band, as the addition of a saxophonist and a dobro player expanded the Wilkinson James sound to include touches of swing, torch, and alt-country.  Their most recent record, “Abandon,” was released on St. Paul’s House of Mercy Recordings in Fall 2016 and features a moody collection of original songs that show the growing stylistic range of the group.

Del-Fi is a duo consisting of Steve Hillson on trumpet and Garth Anderson on Drums, Bass, and Vox.
Drawing inspiration from Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Nils Petter Molvaer and Soft Machine, we try to create an atmosphere of improvisation interwoven with songs never, ever played the same way.
Our recordings are meant to be an honestst document. (Almost) no overdubs, usually 1st takes, and very little editing/ production. The polish is in the imperfection. Our most recent 10 song effort can be heard on bandcamp. The Screaming Trees, by Del-FI
Garth and Steve also play in the 5 piece jazz group Optimum Trajectory which can be heard every
4th Friday at The Underground Music cafe 7-9pm
